I love people. I love community. I believe in small business and the importance community is to it. All businesses need checks and balances to keep them on track in integrity and service. My community is essential in keeping our integrity for Centering Massage at its highest potential. We hire seasoned massage therapists with high standards and expectations of themselves. These high standards are always reflected in their massages especially through their personal attention given to each client. Our clients not only leave relaxed but truly touched by another human knowing the importance of who they are in this world. YOU ARE IMPORTANT!
Massage is about relationships. Your relationship with your practitioner is my top priority. To ensure you are our priority, our hourly massages are scheduled every 1 ½ hrs apart. In this way, if you need added time it is available for you or… if you just want to chat a moment with your therapist over a cup of our Tulsi tea your wishes are honored. This also gives my therapists time to recuperate and be FRESH for each client!
You are always welcome to stop by or call and learn for yourself how important you are to us.

I graduated from Port Townsend School of Massage where I discovered the art of massage and the many benefits of caring and therapeutic touch. I marvel at how much massage brings goodness and relief and I love to be a part of that healing journey.
My massage is gentle, fluid, detailed, and thoughtful, with a flow of energy as I practice Swedish, Deep Tissue, Treatment and Prenatal massage. When I come into the massage room, I come fully present and ready to listen to you with curiosity. I bring a great desire to connect with you and find what you and your body need to feel safe, to relax, and to allow your body to receive the many benefits of an individualized massage session.
I’m eager to help you find a place of calm in your body and mind where I can assist you in releasing tension, becoming more present in your body, and gently come closer to a place of balance in your body and mind.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and caring for and teaching children through volunteer work. I like discovering the wonders of the ocean while kayaking, getting out into nature while camping, and taking in the sights, sounds and majestic beauty of the PNW beaches!
It’s a privilege to be a part of your healing journey!

I have been a Massage therapist for over two decades, studying numerous techniques and continuously expanding my knowledge throughout my career.
However, the one constant that has remained essential to my practice is truly listening to what my clients say, hearing what they need.
I find deep satisfaction in guiding highly stressed client to a state of complete, melted relaxation. To enhance this process, I incorporate the Dolphin MPS microcurrent device, which naturally reduces nervous system stress and cortisol while promoting deep relaxation and endorphin release.
The Dolphin MPS complements my hands-on work by targeting trigger points and scar tissue, helping to release restrictions and improve mobility. This gentle, FDA-approved technology delivers concentrated microcurrent stimulation to specific therapeutic points, supporting both pain relief and functional improvements in ways that enhance traditional massage therapy.

Growing up, I always loved making people feel better, and what better way than to get them in their deepest state of relaxation?! It’s the best feeling in the world when my clients get off the table and say “That was the best massage I’ve ever had.” Hearing those words makes me love my job and love what I do. I enjoy connecting with my clients and really getting to know them, so when it comes to giving them a massage, I know how to cater to their needs.
Remember, it’s all about you when you’re here. My goal when giving a massage is to make the client “let go.” Letting go meaning to let go of any stress, worry or anything that is happening outside the now, and bringing them to their inner peace, feeling centered and balanced.
My favorite part of giving a massage is definitely the neck, hips and feet. I also do great treatment work, while also incorporating Reiki and energy work into my massages. My interests outside of being a therapist include writing music, dancing, animals, art and being around nature.

I am a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the submarine force. After leaving the Navy, I devoted eight years to raising my three young children, fully embracing those important nurturing years of parenting. During that time, I also worked various physically demanding jobs, which deepened my appreciation for the body’s resilience and need for care.
Once my children were older, I followed my passion for healing and attended the Port Townsend School of Massage, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
I particularly enjoy working with the shoulders, neck, and legs. Over time, I have developed a technique for addressing shoulder tension that is both gentle and highly effective, allowing for deep results without being overly invasive. My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment where true healing can take place.
I often begin sessions with Swedish massage to thoughtfully explore the body and identify areas of concern, then transition into deeper therapeutic work to effectively address tension and dysfunction.
My work includes therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and sessions focused on trauma and emotional release. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies and supporting their healing journey, because I believe that healing begins within you.
I look forward to sharing this work with you and supporting your body every step of the way.
