Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and to the therapists, please give 24-hour* notice if you must cancel or change services. There will be a late cancel/no show massage fee for missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancel/No Show Fee: $45 for a 60 minute massage, and $60 for a 90 minute massage.

Cancellations are only accepted via phone.

Deposits are required for:

• Online appointment requests
• New Clients
• Couples massages

Standard deposit fee is $45 for a 60 min and $60 for a 90 min

Couples massages desposits are $105 for a 60 min and $140 for a 90 min

*Couples Massage: Please give 48 hours notice to cancel. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of deposit.
