I love people. I love community. I believe in small business and the importance community is to it. All businesses need checks and balances to keep them on track in integrity and service. My community is essential in keeping our integrity for Centering Massage at its highest potential. We hire seasoned massage therapists with high standards and expectations of themselves. These high standards are always reflected in their massages especially through their personal attention given to each client. Our clients not only leave relaxed but truly touched by another human knowing the importance of who they are in this world. YOU ARE IMPORTANT!
Massage is about relationships. Your relationship with your practitioner is my top priority. To ensure you are our priority, our hourly massages are scheduled every 1 ½ hrs apart. In this way, if you need added time it is available for you or… if you just want to chat a moment with your therapist over a cup of our Tulsi tea your wishes are honored. This also gives my therapists time to recuperate and be FRESH for each client!
You are always welcome to stop by or call and learn for yourself how important you are to us.

I enjoy being able to constantly learn new things about massage and then being able to apply that knowledge to better my technique.
I have been asked why I waited so long to become a massage therapist. The answer is an easy one. I was very busy being a mother of four wonderful children. When I am not working I love spending time with my family which includes my amazing husband and children; playing games, hiking, camping, and watching our favorite tv shows and movies.

After years of wanting to be a massage therapist, I finally decided, convenient or not, “I am going back to school!” It has changed my life. I truly enjoy helping people find relief from stress, tension and pain through massage. I love being the one who can gently nudge their bodies into doing what it is supposed to do on its own.
As of 2015, I became specialized in Deep Tissue Massage. I continue to be able to give you a relaxing massage as well, if that is what you are looking for. I take the time to listen to what your needs are and address them. I also take the time to listen to what your body is saying it needs. The pain we feel isn’t always coming from where we feel it. If you want to find relief, you need to find where the pain originates. I will do my best to find that for you.
I am originally from Southern California. I have lived in Washington off and on for over 18 years and have grown to love the Pacific Northwest. When I am not working the tension out of someone, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, driving and dancing. My true love is the ocean. I miss surfing and watching the waves the most, but WA has a lot to offer so it makes up for it.
I look forward to meeting you!

My favorite part about being a massage therapist is watching my clients after their massage. I love seeing how they carry themselves after their massage with less stress and a relaxed body…shoulders are dropped, neck moves more freely and not locked in place.
There is an air about my clients when they get off my table less stressed and I hear this change in their voice. Their breathing is slower and not rushed with trying to get everywhere.
I love working with our Farmhouse Fresh Spa products both on the table and referring clients to use them at home with self-care. I would love to show you products I have used and the results I have gotten with them at home and how these results carry over into the massage room in giving me more time to relax you vs. grinding out those knots!

For my clients, I love to provide specific therapeutic work as well as overall relaxation to help calm the nervous system. I am committed to providing tailored, individualized care using a variety of modalities such as myofascial release with long slow glides and trigger point therapy to help promote relaxation, decrease tension, increase mobility and relieve pain.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking and camping with my family, friends and 3 dogs.

Since I was a child, I had a natural interest and curiosity in how the body works and the human condition and I always wanted to find ways to ease suffering for those in pain. As an adult, I found that massage therapy and bodywork allow me a chance to be in a centered place to provide a way for that calling to unfold.
I became a bodyworker because I enjoy integrating a vast array of modalities and energy work to help the body reconnect and ground into itself allowing for natural healing to take place.
When you come to me for treatment, whether it be fatigue, stress, chronic pain, or injury, I listen to your concerns, your goals and what your body is telling me. I then create a treatment plan to assist in activating your body with various techniques to treat the area and surrounding muscle groups and get you on the road to feeling better. You will experience relief and a sense of lightness, therefore increasing the way for your body to reintegrate unto itself remembering its purpose and true function.
As a therapist with many years of experience, you will come to know me as a warm, caring, and compassionate therapist. I have come to learn that everybody is unique, and everyone has their own life story. My style of therapy is a combined fusion of heart to hand healing sessions, from swedish, lomi lomi, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Every massage treatment will be different according to the need of each client. I believe massage therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client to help bring relief and ease for overall wellness.
When I am not providing a nurturing, compassionate massage, I love to spend time with my family, hiking, going to the beach and exploring the great PNW, spending time in nature is also important to me as it is a great source of healing and renewal for my body and soul. Developing my spirituality is especially important to me and practicing meditation and prayer helps me ground myself and lead a life of intention, authenticity, and peace so that in my daily life I am able to be present in all aspects of life.
I am excited and look forward to meeting you and working together to bring you closer to your healing journey in health and wellness.

My goal when giving a massage is to make the client “let go.” Letting go meaning to let go of any stress, worry or anything that is happening outside the now, and bringing them to their inner peace, feeling centered and balanced.
My favorite part of giving a massage is definitely the neck, hips and feet. I also do great treatment work, while also incorporating Reiki and energy work into my massages. My interests outside of being a therapist include writing music, dancing, animals, art and being around nature.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. I am a licensed cosmetologist, massage therapist and have a BS inNursing. I moved to Washington in 2020, and have still yet to expore all the beauty and wonders it has to offer.
As a massage therapist, I enjoy deep tissue/trigger point work the most. I believe massage can help an individual relax both their mind and body to navigate through the stress of life.
We need to include massage as part of our health regiment. If we take care of ourselves, then we can take care of others.

I began my practice in 2015 after graduating from Cortiva Institute in Seattle. I went on to develop my craft in Aveda spas and honing my ability to listen and provide. My massage is a strong foundation in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, however I love to incorporate mobility work and trigger point therapy when necessary.
When I’m not massaging, I like to get out and explore different parks with my son, or will cozy up at home with some good food, a movie, and maybe some Lego building.

I enlisted in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and have worked in various hospitals, clinics, battalions and out in the field providing emergency medicine and basic first aid. Following this, I had various corporate jobs that taught me how much more I thrive when I get to work one on one with people.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and attending multiple practices and games a week for their soccer activities. I also enjoy staying active with running outside and going to the gym. I am an avid consumer of books with the love of my life and enjoy our two person book club along with video games when I can spare the time.
